Competitions. StudioMax.co.uk runs a monthly
competition, the sole purpose of which is to give away a free photographic
makeover on one (1) photograph only per month. Photographs to be entered into
this competition can only be entered through this website using the appropriate
form. The judging for the photograph to be selected each month is done by senior
member(s) of StudioMax.co.uk, no correspondence will be entered into with regard
to unselected photographs and the judge(s) decision is final. Studiomax.co.uk
may at its discretion select more than one(1) photograph to then be Winner and
Runner Up, however, this will only be in circumstances where the judge(s) feel
that more than one photograph merits it.
The winner of the competition will be notified by email and
will be required to send by Electronic means (email) a high resolution version
of the photograph to be 'Made Over' Should the winner not be able to send the
photograph or not be in communication with StudioMax.co.uk more than one(1) week
after being sent the winning notice StudioMax may select another photograph for
the Make Over and the Non Communicating Winners Entry will be deemed invalid and
the entry deleted from our website.
Once received the winners photograph will be worked upon at our sole discretion
as to composition or techniques used to improve or make over the image. In the
very rare instance of a competition winner not being satisfied with our digital
make over then a complaint may be made by email. (please use our form) and we
will attempt to make sure the winner is satisfied.
Copyright. Applicants to our monthly competition must
ensure that the work submitted is theirs or they have written permission from
the photographer to submit their work for our competition makeover. By
submitting a photograph for inclusion in our competition you acknowledge this
and absolve StudioMax.co.uk and its employees from any copyright infringement or
lawsuit arising from StudioMax.co.uk working on your entry and subsequently
displaying before and after images on this website.
Privacy: Studio Max may collect information about you and any
photographic material you upload onto this website. Your email address is
collected for the purposes of contacting you should you be a winner of a website
competition.
StudioMax will not sell on personal information but may from time to time
send you information about new competitions or competition winners or other
similar promotional email. StudioMax values your privacy and your email details
can be deleted from our server at any time
